Chapter 1: Job Change.
She walks near the edge, taking one step and the other. She looks down below from the building. The many people walking on the streets and the many cars rushing on the road reminded her of her hectic life before. There was a sudden pause of silence, no more honking of cars or voices of people. She took her last step off the edge…
“CUT! Good take! That’s all for today….Many thanks for all the hard work today everyone!”
Young Eun grabbed a towel, drinks and clothes and rushed over to the side of the actress Park Hee Bon.
“ Here’s your towel miss, and have a drink please..”
There Young Eun goes again, doing her job, serving every personal need of the actors and actresses she is assigned with. Park Hee Bon, being the ever so beautiful and sweet actress, was the nicest actress she have been assigned to, and of course young eun does not wish to be switching roles with other assistants in the company again. This is her first career as a personal assistant, though hard, it was the only job that was offered to her after her umpteen interviews at many different companies.
“ Ah! Young Eun! The manager wants to see you immediately after this. It seems something really important…So hurry!!” A busy staff member said, rushing past Young Eun carrying props for the upcoming scene.
Young Eun rushed to the manager’s office immediately, hoping that it wasn’t anything serious like losing the job, cause somehow, she have a very very bad feeling about this…
“ Choi Young Eun… how long exactly have you been with the company?” the manager stared coldly through his dark rimmed glasses.
“ Erm…6 months sir…Is there anything wrong?”
Young Eun crossed her fingers behind her back, hoping it was nothing bad…”Definitely not sacking me…definitely not…”She silently chanted.
“ From today onwards, you will be following the company’s main focus Dongbangshinki for their 2nd Asia concert. You will be required to leave with them to Japan tomorrow, so get ready to leave for the airport tomorrow morning.”
“ huh? What?! Must I go? What about Heewon? She was previously in-charge of them…”
“ Heewon quitted the job due to personal reasons. We have no choice but to assign you this. No worries, you will get a promotion if you do well during these few months…Just go, ok?”
“fine…”
“ Hey Young eun, I heard DBSK’s changed a lot of personal assistants cause they’re so playful and its kinda difficult to serve them…so I guess now it’s your turn huh?” Young Eun’s colleague jokingly said.
“Aish…Do you have to be so sarcastic? I know what I’m getting myself into alright? I’m just going to serve those pampered boys for a few months, get off their backs and I’ll get promoted. That’s’ the deal ok?” Being not really enthusiastic about things, Young Eun just packed up her things and left home.
“ Wahh…Wad’s that anger for? I guess she’s just not a fan of the boys in DBSK.”
